DIY Cap Sleeve Drafting and Cutting
Cap Sleeve : a sleeve extending only a short distance from the shoulder and tapering to nothing under the arm.
Lets begin drafting of cap sleeve.
Measurement
Cap sleeve length 4.5 inch
We will add half inch for seam allowance to total length of the cap sleeve. Mark 1.5 inch above from fitting line. And join both points and draft a curve joining both points. In Cap sleeve we don’t need to draft front armhole separately. Same can be used for both. Now we will draft the same on the cloth. By following the video you will be having similar or better result with the cap sleeve drafting.
