Spring is coming fast, and that means everything has to be ready before the chaos starts.
Today we’re working on our seed potato cutter, going through worn knives, broken paddles, bad rollers, stretched chains, and a bent frame that caused problems last season. If we don’t fix it now, it could turn into a very expensive mistake once seed cutting starts.
We also haul off a massive pile of vent pipe scrap metal, crush it flat using tractors and equipment, and get everything loaded to take advantage of high scrap prices.
This is real farm prep — fixing equipment before it fails, repurposing tractors to make money year-round, and getting ready for manure hauling, grain planting, and seed potato cutting.
