We’re back in the potato cellar, working hard to get this massive pile cleaned out before spring planting begins! 🥔💪
In today’s video, we tackle:
Big spud slides and tricky corners
Pulling vents and hauling potatoes
Time-lapse footage of 4 hours condensed into just a minute and a half
Challenges with rotten spots and wet strips in the pile
Troubleshooting our scooper lights and GPS issues in the field
Prepping fields for wheat planting and manure spreading
It’s a full day on the farm—lots of action, a few setbacks, and plenty of potatoes flying everywhere. Once this pile is down, we’ll move on to planting wheat, hay, and seed potatoes. Farming isn’t always glamorous, but it’s always satisfying!
