Sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference.
Brad’s been on crutches all week, so we made him a special “handicap spot” in class — complete with a taped-off area and a sign. It’s goofy, it’s fun, but more than anything, it shows students we see them.

When kids know you care about the small stuff, it changes everything.
