Founded nearly two decades ago by Nora Herrera, Nora’s Tacos began as an 18-by-6 food trailer built through hard work, early mornings, and family recipes passed down from her mother. From handmade tortillas to sopita and beans, everything starts before dawn and is cooked with care.
In a town with limited opportunities, Nora created her own—working side by side with her husband, sister, and children to build a place locals rely on and travelers remember.
