What happens when you bring a fully built Rossmonster to a fabrication shop with unlimited ideas and manufacturing capabilities?
In this video, I head to Hurricane, Utah to visit Canyon Adventure Vans and work directly with Jason and the team to design brand new custom products for my Rossmonster... all from inside the truck itself.
Over the course of just a few days, we brainstormed, CAD designed, laser cut, powder coated, and installed 9 completely new products built specifically for full-time adventure travel and organization.
From custom molle panels and modular storage systems to nightstand setups, overhead shelves, L-track mounting solutions, and hidden utility storage, this build completely transformed how I use the truck day-to-day.
We also took these finished products to the first-ever Backcountry Off Road Expo in Hurricane, Utah and show the final installs in action.
