We attempted the Carn Mor Dearg (CMD) Arete on Ben Nevis, widely considered the UK's most dangerous and exposed mountain trail. After conquering Snowdon and Scafell Pike, this was our toughest hike yet and a brutal test of endurance on Scotland's highest peak.
This is the full story of our adventure, from the calm start at the base of Ben Nevis to the extreme conditions along the ridge. We battled strong winds, rain, and a relentless scramble to reach the summit.
