Welcome to Cyprus! In this video we are exploring some of the most iconic abandoned locations that you can find in the district of Paphos. we have iconic shipwrecks, hidden villages, and more! The best abandoned locations in Paphos

First we are visiting a complete hidden gem in Cyprus known as Old Theletra Village. This village was almost fully abandoned after the threat of landslides from the cliffs above became too great, most of the villagers moved up to the top of the hill but some remain in this village to this day.
After this we are heading to none other than the most iconic and famous shipwreck in Cyprus, Edro III. This ship breached here in 2011 and is incredibly close to the short that you can almost reach out and touch it from the rocks, a very surreal site!
For our final location we have another iconic abandoned village, Foinikas. This village is next to Paphos and has beautiful views over the local reservoir. This is certainly one of the most famous abandoned villages in Cyprus for a reason!
