The Landscape Irrigation Evaluation Rebate Program (LIERP) offers residential and large properties in Miami-Dade County incentives to upgrade their irrigation system efficiency. This video features West Kendall-based business owner Albert Sarria discussing how the LIERP helped influence his landscape and irrigation decision-making process during the renovation of his business in early 2015. Mr. Sarria later went on to enroll in the residential program as well.
