Actually I have another faster setup, 2 frame window but it has potential for no pause: youtu.be/6KuYxahb5vY
Also you can use setup for bombchu as well if you stop holding right after Link starts falling, but release stick timing is much different between 1st/2nd frame and 3rd frame, it's not hard at all for each frame but it would be hard if you want to use common timing for all frames, so I don't recommend to use this for bombchu.
