Actually I got this "slip" once before accidentally, but I didn't care that much since I didn't think it can be timesave at that time. But Fig mentioned that this slip can be timesave and easier way without angle change somehow, then I came up with consistent way to do it and this can save few seconds than normal way

Originally it was backup when you failed SS hoverslide strat but Rosewater confirmed actually HESS strat is faster than SS after Down A Minuet CS Skip since you can skip 2 pause for equip + unequip Hover Boots: youtu.be/Derzr-LLO70
But for it, you need to start HESS with Hover Boots. It sounds tricky, but it's not that hard if you use corner like I did in this video (I learned this way from Tsundere)
So this slip strat is assumed to use Hover Boots HESS from left corner at rupee spot and I don't know if you can do same thing for the other HESS way. But anyways, it's easy and fast way as long as you do it correctly.
