I think this crouch stab strat was found by sva, I just showed some setups for it

The damage to underground Volvagia (actually it's flying Volvagia though) is always 2 which is same as normal damage of Master Sword, so you don't need to slash for storing damage before crouch stab
Volvagia HP is 24, so you can beat her with 9 crouch stab (18) + hammer stan (2) + jumpslash damage (4) like I did in the last of video
But I think 7 crouch stab + 2 chus (or 8 crouch stab + 1 bomb) is faster than this since you need to wait a bit for Volvagia comes from hole after the fight started
