It's kinda long video, so I'll explain about the point of this video here
0:00 - 2:27
Hammer BA and stored it by riding on horse. Storing hammer on B isn't needed step but you can keep hammer on B after death WW with this. So I did it to skip 2nd BA hammer.
2:27 - 7:40
Go to Fire Temple, enter Boss room, kill Volvagia. I used Darunia Hookshot Jump for bk skip but you can get bk normally, just bk skip is faster. Also you can't make B dimmed if you stored hammer on B, otherwise you lost hammer on B after death WW. It means you can't go down stage during fight for safe. The falling rock is annoying if you have low health.
7:40 - 10:31
Death Fire WW to Forest, go to "Iced Eye" (room 14). You need 5 small keys to reach the room. Or you can skip 1 small key if you have iron boots like this: youtu.be/2bLKJGCxOL4?t=8m51s
10:31 - 11:03
The most important part of this video. Enter and exit the room, ledge clip at to of fake stair, drop and hold Z + right to void out, hold left and mash B for jumpslash, then you can land on in front of a jail in FIre Temple. This "warp by void" happens because the game thinks you're still in the Fire Temple after death WW to Forest Temple. So voiding out moves you to Fire Temple but the coordinate and loaded room number (room 20) for respawn is same as Forest one. It allows to skip a locked door and can skip a small key which requires explosives to break. Or setting FW and just using it for warp is easier than voiding out like Pal's original video, but I wanted to show it's possible to do without FW, so I used ledge clip.
11:03 - 14:20
Go through Fire Temple to "fake door" before Flare Dancer. I forgot to mention this but you need to get a small key in Darunia room in advance. Also hammer recoil boost is useful for block skip without explosives like I did at 12:26 (I learned this clip from aogaeru's video but not sure if it was already known thing: youtu.be/3iWJqfpTHSk ). Btw I did hammer swing in midair, but you don't need this swing if you hold Z + left or release Z but hold up-left during hoverslide. It's easy, just a bit slower.
14:20 - 15:20
Break "fake door" by hammer and reload the room, then the wall disappears and you can enter Flare Dancer room without explosives. Hammer is useful for reverse fire wall skip too. FW is more useful to reload room but I'd say this again: I wanted to show it's possible to do without FW. Or you can restart from entrance if you got extra small key somewhere, and in that case, you can use 2nd BA hammer even if you failed keeping hammer on B after death WW.
15:20 - 16:50
Kill Flare Dancer, go up and get real hammer. You don't need hammer on B anymore after break "fake door" and hammer jumpslash doesn't give damage to Flare Dance for some reason. So just using sword (or using deku stick if you can) is better I think. Also i used jumpslash to switch for climbing chain but using hookshot is easier of course.

New way still requires BA hammer, but don't need FWVW anymore. It means you can skip many items: FW, ZL, magic, gerudo card, Epona, etc. So new way can be useful if you want to skip these items, but I don't know which is better if you don't need to skip them like Max% No IE.
