It seems 4-5 sec faster than normal way with cucco.
Sideroll Jump + Jumpslash onto the fence was known trick and it's JavaScript's setup as an example: youtu.be/W3uPuVdeqgA
Also dannyb (and maybe more people) seemed had idea using this trick while carrying cucco. I came up with same idea and made this setup.
It's hard to say how lenient this trick is, but jumpslash can be 4 frames in max and the position can be lenient if you don't care jumpslash frames. So I believe it's not too hard.
