for 1/16 hearts fire temple

In this room, Fire Bubble is kinda annoying since their movement is random and there is a risk to die by damage from them if you do normal movement, so I climb up the fence and sidehop to the place where they don't appear for safe (it's originally enu's idea), this loses 2-2.5 sec but i think it's not too slow
