Here's a run down of what I'm wearing on the trail when it gets hot , and lightweight, breathable clothing is a must. There are many different options when it comes to cost, style, brand, weight etc, and you can get very decent clothes from places like Wal-Mart or brand name stuff on sale to save big. Synthetics, wool and cotton blends are what you want to look for to keep you dry and comfortable when the mercury rises. So, here's a look at what I'm wearing on those hot or humid days on the trail and what I change into when I stop to set up camp for the night so I can cool off and get comfortable.
