Duplex Bond allows you to create multiple pets as you expend Energy. Pets can make use of the Damage Vulnerability caused by Sonar. This allows your constant casting of Abilities to kill things indirectly, very easily.
You can use Ballistica Prime to also kill targets that will live for 7 seconds, but it tends to be difficult with how fast your pets can kill.
I use Circumvent and Careen on my melee for survival/cc but have even gone into missions like EDA and ETA with a build like this.
Brightbonnet is infinite Energy and more Ability Strength for a Banshee, which is an incredibly strong combo. Don't sleep on it.
