Hello everyone,
I wanted to show a quick demo of what a max Cast Speed looks like for Oberon (5 Tau Amber Shards/Speed Drift/Natural Talent), excluding the Labs buff you can get (because that is inconsistent when you can get it).
Build is here: tinyurl.com/3cx3bb48
So, this is the build I was talking about in my previous video. It's super overkill as far as both the damage you can do, and the amount of energy you can recover for the spamming of his 1 Smite and 4 Reckoning. I subbed out his 2 since WoL has some overlap with what it does, but better since it provides a stronger Regen, Life Steal on it, Status Immunity and Auto Revive.
The Augment also allows any enemy under WoL to always drop extra energy orbs (which I can shoot with Energizing Shot to recover Energy from a distance) as well as 4 Health orbs, which act as damage nullification for one attack each time one is picked up, up to 3 hits. WoL can be set on 3 different enemies, so at any time, I can have a reserve of up to 12 health Orbs nearby to pick up for nullifying damage for myself and allies.
WoL also has another unique useful effect: it prevents enemies from dying, which would seem counterproductive, except for the fact that it also allows you to literally spam Oberon's 1 on a target and cause radial damage to nearby enemies. This is particularly effective with high Range builds that utilize Overextended, since the range extends up to 15.9m (I only use Augur Reach and Stretch on this build so mine is a little over 10m). While the damage is weakened when enemies are not the initial target of the attack, it is still percentage based damage and as such, can be amplified by other buffs/debuffs from frames, as well as Viral stacks from a pet.
I've used this build for a number of modes and find it quite fun since it can DPS, CC through his 4 and Radiation status causing enemies to attack each other and support through the various benefits.
That's all for now, thanks for watching. Questions and comments are free to go below.
Music is the full track Hit the Ground by Texture (really liking this track atm).
