Someone sometime ago requested I cover Oberon. Up to that point, I really didn't think about a Helminth Oberon. So I went to the drawing board and experimented with a few things. There were a few abilities that I had already showcased in previous Devil Builds that worked really well. But you all know me by now. I had to show off something new. Something that might be MEH on its own, but wonderful when used in the right way. Oberon is one such frame. A frame that can combine his kit with a relatively niche power and rule the battlefield once more!
