I was testing him with the max speed buffs and wow! The one problem is, I just got him and he doesn't have a lot of duration on his flying skill. So it runs out kind of quick. Still, at this point he's gotta be the fastest character in the game. Sorry Sayu and Yelan. Also, I forgot to mention in the video, but he has Lost Prayer of the Sacred Winds equipped, which is an additional speed buff of 10%. So the max is actually 179%.

These incredibly creative folks have used Stable Diffusion to generate spectrograms from text. The results, like with artwork, are unpredictable and will surprise you. I decided to record some random prompts that popped into my head, and some of it actually sounds pretty good in my opinion. Lots of lo-fi type beats. ![[Sleeping Dogs] strange, elastic NPC behavior
I dont think Ive ever seen this specific type of interaction in an open-world game. Usually, important NPCs are invincible and will either dodge your car, have static collision (like hitting a wall) or just teleport out of the way. But in this game, they get magically pulled back to their origin in a way that can fling your car. Not that interesting, but Im cleaning up some old gameplay clips and figured Id upload this.
