So, today we are out and about walking in the village of Bredon's Norton which is a civil parish 11 miles south east of Worcester in the district of Wychavon in the county of Worcestershire. This puts the village in the most northern edge of the Cotswolds and only just inside the Worcestershire border. At the last census the village had a population of 254.
The village church is called St Giles Chapel of Ease, the church is thought to be the oldest building in the village which just happens to be situated in the very centre of the village.
At 16:20 in the video it was claimed that William Shakespeare once acted at the 12th century tithe barn on one of his tours.
As filming was started just a couple of minutes before the official sunrise time (the final minutes of Civil Dawn) the video may seem a little dark to start with but becomes a lot lighter around halfway through, so please keep watching. During the video look out for lambs gleefully playing in a field and a prior scene a short time earlier as lambs take a curious & inquisitive look at someone standing there with a camera...
