Today weve had a special dinner, but I didnt want to go there. I dont like crowds and Im really happy that good guys could actually move me to the separate room.
Today in the afternoon, the only friend of mine sent me a short letter with 6 prints. Yay I love this padoru. I remember her, long time couldnt see her. Shell be a nice addition to other images.

Patient was hospitalized on 08.12.2021 around 10AM, reported by family due to lack of nutrition and dehydration.
Sleep time and duration at acceptable level. Patient maintains poor hygiene, refuses any help.
Patient does not want to take hospital meals and drinks, needs to be force-fed. The cause is possibly purely psychological, as patient believes the food/drink he receives from others, including medical staff, can be poisoned or hazardous.
Interview with patient shows delusions and paranoic behavior; believes to be constantly spied and observed by unknown forces that want to destroy the world. Feels endangered and threatened by most peoples, but also lists particular institutions and groups as threatening the world peace. Rarely reports auditory and visual hallucinations, which he refers to as attempts to communication or x-ray effects.
Interview with family shows that patient had similar health issues throughout past years.
Recommended further observation. Medical treatment and therapy is suggested if patient will continue to refuse provided food.
