This is the second time this youth has crashed this gang pool-car. It is not surprising because he has never had a driving lesson, never passed a driving test let alone having a driving licence and insurance. He drives like a nutter and one wonders why the authorities continue to fail to take action. Are they waiting for him to kill somebody? I guess the answer is yes.
