The Climatronic auto climate control on my 03 EuroVan was misbehaving, the longer you drove the colder it tried to make the interior.

There is a small blower motor behind the in car temperature sensor, mine was blocked with debris. This locked the motor up, which got hot, and warmed the sensor up. Thankfully a quick clean was all it took to get the system working properly again.
