I just replaced a bunch of parts on the video board and power supply of my Apple Lisa. Will it pass the smoke test?
I also show how easy it is to remove and install cards from the card cage.
I finished the recap job late Friday evening, and didn't want to stink up the house or wake up sleeping roommates, so this the first thing I did when I woke up Saturday :)
The PSU fan works great. I hooked it up the 5V rail so it doesn't spin very fast; but the grille on the side of the machine feels cooler so I would say it's keeping the PSU cooler as well.
