Sometime between selecting Five Stones to conduct the audit of the Canton Police Department on October 18 and the subsequent select board meeting on Nov 12, 2024, the five-person committee of Chair Bob McCarthy, Vice Chair David Clough, and members Dr. Daniel Muse, Kathleen Howley, and John Kelly were quietly disbanded and replaced by the trio of Bob "3-2" McCarthy, Charles "daughter was at 34 Fairview" Doody, and Chief Helena "LOL" Rafferty.
And nearly nobody seems to realize.
