These are the letters exchanged between the Commonwealth of Massachusetts DA Michael Morrissey and his "first assistant" DA Lynn Beland to members of the federal government, including A USA Josh Levy, Jeffrey Ragsdale, Jay Macklin of the DOJ (Department of Justice) and even Jodi Cohen, the newly appointed Special Agent in Charge for the FBI. Even Detective Brian Tully of the disgraced MSP makes an appearance. It wouldn't be a circus without a clown!
