This Vizio LCD LED TV came in my shop dead. One of the first things I noticed was some of my power supply voltages were missing, and the PS-ON terminal on the power supply always had 3.3 volts on it with out the power button being pressed. Pressing the power button did not turn this enable voltage off. I wrongly assumed this had to be a main board problem but I was incorrect. It turned out to be a power supply issue. The power supply part number is 09-60CAP030-00 The model number of the VIZIO TV is E600i-B3
