When visiting North Cascades National Park there are so many fun outdoor activities to do. Hiking in North Cascades National Park is quite popular. But you can also explore Diablo Lake and NewHalem.
North Cascades National Park is located just east of Seattle Washington. This remote National Park is one of the least visited in the country. North Cascades National Park is well known for its glacial peaks, Diablo Lake, and stunning alpine lakes. We start our video out at Diablo Lake vista point which gives you an epic view of Diablo Lake. Then we make a quick drive to the Diablo Lake dam. Just down the road, you can hike the trail of the Cedars, which has a very cool suspension bridge and a short but fun hike. Driving along HWY 20 in North Cascades National Park is an activity in itself, we enjoyed the magnificent peaks. Last but defiantly not least we make the quick and easy hike to Rainey Lake. This alpine lake is just a short 1-mile hike and is a great option if you are short on time in North Cascades National Park.
