This is a mod in a alpha state, and it's still one of the best mods ever made for Doom 2. It's a conversion project made by SGTMarkIV set in the Vietnam War. It has weapons from the conflict, realistic damage, a bleeding mechanic, and tank and helicoptors to use on the battlefield. It's a mod with a lot of potential. But it may be a long while before it gets any further development.
