1. He was breaking the speed limit.
2. He was breaking the law by using such tinted windows for front windows.
3. He was breaking the law by using his mobile phone while driving.
I am fine with someone not letting me in. That's their right and I don't always let people in as well. But I honked at him because he honked at me and shouted at me while I did not enter his lane whatsoever.
I don't know why he said I was "in his way" when I was not in his lane at all? Did he need more than 1 lane?
