Untaxed truck queue jumping other cars. Other cars were also turning right and the Truck couldn't be asked to wait. It also took the advantage of a "Keep Clear" junction to squeeze himself back in. The Citroen also did the same thing to cut in front a handful of cars that's going in the same direction as well, and again stopping in the keep clear junction blocking the junction.
