Vegan Thai options galore on the menu at Thai Maison in Bellingham, WA and we highly recommend it because it’s next door to Trader Joe’s! We know every Canadian who visits Bellingham will go to pick up some snacks from Trader Joe’s so if you’re looking for a place for lunch or dinner, Thai Maison is perfect. A lot of their items are vegan by default or can be made vegan easily. There’s lots of tables, it’s clean, and the service is friendly! For lunch, we shared an order of spring rolls, the tom kha soup made vegan, the choo chee curry, and the Thai iced tea. You can choose your spice level for the dishes and to make a meat dish vegan, you can substitute it with fried tofu, soft tofu, or jackfruit. We would’ve loved if they had a green curry or pad thai that could be veganized, but they unfortunately didn’t have that option, but there are definitely a lot of other dishes that can be made vegan.
