Vegan breakfast biscuit craving? Well look no further if you’re in Bellingham, Washington because we had a couple at Hammerhead Coffee Roasters when we drove down there on a Monday. There’s plenty of seating indoors and also seating outdoors and on a Monday morning, the place was already quite busy. The vegan breakfast sandwich is their only vegan breakfast option, which we are grateful for, and they assemble the sandwich when you place your order. It had vegan egg, vegan cheese, and a vegan sausage in between biscuits. They have hot sauce available if you’re inclined to adding some spice! Would we return to Hammerhead if we visit Bellingham again?
