Vegan food in Taiwan doesn’t stop and we were very happy with our vegan food court dinner at Vege Creek while we were shopping at Taipei 101. Vege Creek has several locations in the city and it’s a pay-by-package kind of idea where you can pick as many items as you’d like, but just be aware of the prices of the items because things can add up! They have all sorts of tofu, fake meats, veggies, and noodles that you pick up and bring to the counter where they’ll then boil all your ingredients in a broth and you can then top your bowl with different condiments. You don’t need to speak any Mandarin since the concept is really straightforward and the food was ready in a few minutes and we felt like it was a really healthy meal for a reasonable price. The food court in Taipei 101 is clean with plenty of seats and so many good quality food choices and Vege Creek is a great little vegan stop when you need to grab a quick bite!
