Vegan sushi in Portugal is a thing! In today’s episode, we take you with us to Legumi Vegan Sushi in Lisbon, Portugal, an all-vegan sushi spot that completely blew us away. We ordered the Big Boat, which seems to be the most popular dish—seriously, almost every table around us had one! 🚤
The portion was perfect for the two of us, and we were super impressed with the variety and quality of both the sushi and the tempura. Crispy, colourful, creative—just how we love it! 😍 Vibrant rolls, crunchy tempura, sauces drizzled just right… we were in vegan sushi heaven.
