Vegan in White Rock, BC means a visit to Grounds and Greens Cafe and definitely a stroll to the White Rock Pier and Promenade. They have seating indoors and a small patio if you’d prefer to dine outdoors. The menu is completely vegan and they have a lot of delicious sounding items. We shared the Havana Banana smoothie, the Hangover Soup, the Return of the Mac, and the Beef Faux Real. They also have breakfast/brunch items on their menu, but we truly enjoyed the items we ordered. We think maybe they should put out a cookbook of their best-sellers because some of the food is just that memorable! White Rock is a bit of a drive for us, but Grounds and Greens might make the drive worth it and for you who live nearby, you’re so lucky to be able to go anytime!
