1 cup vegan margarine (or butter)
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp rum extract
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt

filling
1/4 cup vegan margarine
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 TBSP dark rum
3TBSP finely chopped dried pineapple (or waaaaaaaayyyyy more)
