I don't know if this is the best smartphone tripod mount but it's a great value as far as I'm concerned.
I never really thought about these smart phone tripod adapters until the adapter on my son's tripod broke recently. I was going to buy a whole new tripod and realized I could buy a smart phone mount instead. What's also nice is, I had my own camera tripod which I didn't think I could use for a smartphone until I realized these smartphone adapters could work with it as well.
The Vastar universal smartphone tripod adapter will fit almost any smart phone. It can hold a phone as small as 58 mm or 2.28 inches in width, and as wide as 101 mm or 3.98 inches.
