One of the things I like about Prince of Peace is that they don't spend a lot of money on advertising so they can extend the savings to their customers.

What makes Oolong tea different from black or green tea is the particular time it is allowed to oxidize. Green tea is basically unoxidized and black tea is the most oxidized. Oolong tea is in the middle somewhere as far as the time it's allowed to oxidize. This gives it a particular flavor.
