Cape Canaveral Space Force Museum | Vanguard: A Rocket for Science (Circa 1958, End is Missing) @ccspacemuseum | Uploaded March 2021 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
This is a digitization of a VHS cassette that had a recording of "Vanguard: A Rocket for Science," a circa 1958 film by the Martin Company. Martin had the contract with the Naval Research Laboratory to build the launch vehicle for Project Vanguard.

The video appears to be missing the end of the film. We have removed the part where the recording froze before the end.
