Description: Latourell Falls is one of the most photogenic waterfalls in Oregon and it is located in the Columbia Gorge just 30 minutes from Portland. There are two waterfalls! Lower falls, which can be seen from the highway, is a single plunge beauty that drops 225. Upper Falls is reached by doing a loop hike (2.4 miles) which gains 620.

Crazy Hill and the rainbow path are two "unheralded" features in Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada. These features are not mentioned in any of the park literature or shown on maps and I think I know why! The path is incredibly fragile and heavy traffic would destroy the colors. The path to a saddle is simply one of the most stunningly beautiful colored rock colored features I have seen anywhere! The colors are unbelievable!
