Having just received the first of a pair of Athearn Gevos, with factory fitted Tsunami 2's , I got to work on programming them with my usual settings. Having installed and programmed over a hundred Soundtraxx decoders, I didn't think I needed to read the comprehensive manual that Athearn provide!
But.......after 2 frustrating hours trying to adjust the brake settings and a few decoder resets later...I finally had a read of the manual over a cuppa!
And...behold , the brake feature is disabled on these models , and a quick CV setting soon has the brake feature back on!
SO...as they say , read the f$%^9ng manual ...LOL
A review with tuning tips and my CV settings will be upload in a few weeks.
