It's been a few weeks since I built the nest box for this pair of Kooka's , and it appears that there is a chick or two in the nest! The parents have been busy bringing a constant supply of small lizards and insects to the young, though they are cunning, and will not appear when I have the camera set up! I've managed to get a few visits with the phone camera , but it is always last minute after I hear their calls!
It is quite humbling that after pestering me with knocking on walls and in house visits, they have used my box to have their young.
