Often when people are kicking to the leg they make the mistake of looking down, this helps their opponent to read the kick and see it coming. However, we can use to our advantage by faking this mistake and looking down to the leg to bait our opponent into believing a leg kick is coming. If they buy the fake and drop their guard you can switch upstairs for a head kick!
