My friend Simon Lockett, a pro skateboarder and phenomenal Chinese chef started his own YouTube channel to showcase his knowledge of Chinese cuisine. Ramen uses Chinese-style noodles, so what better way to collab than making some delicious dishes using fresh noodles. Please check his video for the recipes of the dishes we made.
