I met up with some of my ramen hunter friends to discuss the 2019 Tabelog Hyakumeiten (百名店). This curated list includes the top 100 in Tokyo, as well as the top 100 in the east and west of Japan. We compared numbers and raised a few bucks for some charities. How many of the 100 have you crushed?
