The Team Up Speak Up Speech teaches a short, simple message telling players to speak up if they think a teammate might have a concussion.

USA Hockey is sharing this speech with hundreds of thousands of hockey players and coaches. Delivering this speech to your team this hockey season could save an athlete's season, career, or even their life.

Learn more about USA Hockey Team Up Speak Up Week Oct. 20-26 and pledge to give the speech at TeamUpSpeakUp.org.

Thanks to Jeremy Roenick, Katey Stone, Craig Adams, Angela Ruggiero, Max Pacioretty, Amanda Kessel, and our outstanding participants in last year's USA Hockey Team Up Speak Up for spreading the word!

Be sure to take a video of your team hearing the speech and post it with the hashtag #TeamUpSpeakUp so we can find and share your videos.
