🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 6 miles north along U.S. Route 67 from Corning to the Missouri state line — a short but meaningful connector through the northern Arkansas Delta.
This drive begins at the junction of US-67 and US-62 in Corning, where the two routes briefly share the roadway before US-62 splits away to the east. From that point, the route continues as a standalone corridor, carrying northbound travelers toward the Arkansas–Missouri border. The highway transitions quickly from small-town edges to open agricultural fields, with long sightlines typical of Clay County’s flat terrain. Though the distance is modest, US-67 serves as a vital regional link, guiding local traffic toward Poplar Bluff and points beyond while still supporting the agricultural backbone of the region. The corridor remains straightforward and easy to follow, giving the drive a calm and steady pace.
As the route progresses toward the state line, the scenery maintains its Delta character — a mix of fields, tree lines, and the occasional access road or rural homestead. The highway’s efficient alignment reflects its role as a through-route between states, keeping curves minimal and the flow consistent. The segment concludes just short of Missouri at the Arkansas Welcome Center, a familiar stopping point for travelers heading into or out of Missouri. This short segment offers a clear, uninterrupted look at US-67’s northernmost miles within Arkansas.

![Interstate 69: Calvert City to Fulton ~ Kentucky | Real Roads, Real Drives [Repost/Revisited]
🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 51 miles south along Interstate 69 from Calvert City to Fulton, Kentucky — a route through the scenic western edge of the Bluegrass State.
This segment of Interstate 69 begins at Calvert City, where the highway meets Interstate 24 at a newly reconfigured interchange. From here, the route quickly sets its course southward, skirting through Daffenville before reaching Benton, a small but bustling county seat in Marshall County. The interstate gradually veers southwest as it approaches Mayfield, where it serves as a modern bypass around the city, keeping long-distance travelers moving while providing connections into the local community.
West of Mayfield, the route transitions onto the Julian M. Carroll Purchase Parkway, a corridor now signed as Interstate 69 and destined to be part of the full I-69 system stretching from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico. The drive carries motorists through the rolling farmlands and quiet rural towns of western Kentucky, including Wingo and Water Valley, showcasing a mix of open countryside and small-town character.
As the highway approaches Fulton, a border community with strong rail and highway ties, the roadway bends westward to skirt around the town. The journey concludes at the junction with U.S. Highway 51, just steps from the Tennessee state line, where the corridor continues its southward journey toward Union City and beyond. This drive highlights not only the evolving interstate network but also the unique blend of rural Kentucky landscapes that define this region.

![Texas Highway 183: Ft. Worth to Euless - Texas | Real Roads, Real Drives [Repost]
🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 9 miles east along Texas Highway 183 from Fort Worth to Euless (DFW Airport), passing through Hurst, Bedford, and one of the busiest travel corridors in the Metroplex.
This drive begins at the interchange with Interstate 820 on the northeast side of Fort Worth, where Texas Highway 183 serves as an important connector for both local traffic and regional travelers. Heading east, the highway quickly moves into the Mid-Cities area, where the communities of Hurst and Bedford line the corridor with a mix of suburban neighborhoods, business centers, and retail hubs. Along this stretch, travelers cross the major interchange with State Highway 121, a key link toward Grapevine, Lewisville, and the northern suburbs.
Continuing into Euless, the roadway enters a heavily traveled area that provides direct access to Dallas–Fort Worth International Airport. Here, the highway intersects Texas 360, another major north–south route through the Metroplex. The drive concludes at the ramp to Spur 97, the dedicated connector into DFW Airport itself. While not the longest highway stretch, TX-183 is an essential artery for the region, balancing local commutes with international travel access.
Note: Sections of this video include complete traffic stops. To keep the pacing smooth, those portions have been sped up.

![U.S. Route 412: Paragould to Walnut Ridge – Arkansas | Real Roads, Real Drives [Repost]
🚙 Drive Americas Highways for 26 miles west along U.S. Highway 412 from Paragould to Walnut Ridge, Arkansas
The drive along U.S. Highway 412 from Paragould to Walnut Ridge covers 26 miles of northeast Arkansas, offering a mix of ridge-top views, wide farmland, and small-town charm. The journey begins at the intersection of U.S. Highway 49 in Paragould, where the route follows U.S. 412 Business before climbing the eastern slopes of Crowley’s Ridge. This unique geological formation, a long and forested rise running through the otherwise flat Delta, provides one of the more scenic stretches of highway in the region. From there, U.S. 412 rejoins its mainline and begins a gentle descent into the fertile agricultural plains of the Mississippi Alluvial Valley.
Heading west, the highway straightens out across wide fields that are a hallmark of eastern Arkansas. Midway along the route lies the small community of Light, a classic rural crossroad town that reflects the area’s deep farming heritage. Beyond Light, the road runs for another 11 miles toward Walnut Ridge, crossing U.S. Highway 67 — a major corridor currently being upgraded into Interstate 57. Entering Walnut Ridge from the east, the highway transitions into a more urban setting, lined with local businesses and small-town landmarks. The drive concludes at the intersection with Arkansas Highway 34 on the eastern edge of downtown, just blocks from the historic heart of the community.
This segment of U.S. 412 highlights the contrasting landscapes of northeast Arkansas — from the wooded ridge lines of Crowley’s Ridge to the open farmlands that stretch westward toward the Ozarks. It also serves as an important connector, linking Paragould, Walnut Ridge, and beyond with larger trade and travel networks across the state.

![U.S. Route 64: Pulaski to Fayetteville - Tennessee | Real Roads, Real Drives [Repost]
🚙 Drive Americas Highways for 20 miles east along U.S. Highway 64 from Pulaski to Fayetteville, Tennessee
Travel east across southern Middle Tennessee on U.S. Route 64 from Pulaski to Fayetteville. This stretch of highway serves as an important connector between Interstate 65 and the communities of Giles and Lincoln Counties, carrying travelers through a mix of farmland, wooded hills, and small rural towns along the way.
The drive begins just east of Interstate 65 near the community of Frankewing. Heading east, U.S. 64 quickly leaves the interstate corridor behind and settles into the rolling landscape that defines this part of Tennessee. The highway soon reaches Boonshill, where it intersects Tennessee Route 244 before continuing its journey toward Lincoln County. The road offers a steady rhythm of open pastures, gentle curves, and occasional roadside clusters of homes and businesses, all characteristic of the region’s balance between rural life and modern connectivity.
Approaching Fayetteville from the west, the route bends southeast near the intersection with Tennessee Route 274, guiding traffic into the outskirts of town. Instead of entering the heart of downtown, U.S. 64 follows a southern bypass that provides a more efficient path for through travelers. This modern alignment skirts around Fayetteville’s historic core while still offering glimpses of the community’s blend of industry, neighborhoods, and green space. The segment concludes at the junction with U.S. Highway 431, where the route turns south toward Huntsville, Alabama, and beyond.
For drivers, this portion of U.S. 64 highlights the practical function of a major east-west corridor while still reflecting the slower pace and scenery of southern Tennessee. Whether as part of a cross-state journey or a local trip between Pulaski and Fayetteville, it offers a drive that balances utility with the charm of the Tennessee countryside.

![[Repost] Interstate 69: Princeton to Nortonville - Kentucky | Drive Americas Highways 🚙
Drive Americas Highways for nearly 29 miles along Interstate 69 from Princeton to Nortonville in western Kentucky. This segment, once part of the Western Kentucky Parkway, has been redesignated and upgraded to meet interstate standards as part of Kentucky’s ongoing efforts to complete the I-69 corridor. The video begins near Princeton at the KY-293 interchange and follows a northeast path through gently rolling hills and sparsely developed countryside.
The drive is mostly rural, with long stretches of tree-lined highway and few interchanges. Drivers will pass access points for KY-109 and KY-70, offering connections to small towns and regional routes. This part of I-69 is a limited-access freeway with minimal urban interference, making it a smooth and efficient drive for through traffic as well as for those connecting to nearby rural areas.
As the video continues, the route approaches Nortonville, where it ends at the interchange with Interstate 169. This is a significant junction, as I-169 (formerly the Pennyrile Parkway) provides access south back toward Hopkinsville and I-24. The I-69 corridor continues north from this point while travelers continuing east towards Elizabethtown can take the Western Kentucky Parkway
This stretch of I-69 offers a look at how Kentucky has leveraged its existing toll-free parkway system to accommodate a major national interstate, balancing modern infrastructure goals with existing roadways that still serve local and regional travel needs.

![Interstate 57: Sikeston, Missouri to Cairo, Illinois | Real Roads, Real Drives [Revisited]
🚙 Drive America’s Highways for 22 miles northbound along Interstate 57 from I-55 in Sikeston to the Illinois state line, a smooth delta-country run framed by farmland, open skies, and the quiet approach toward the Mississippi and Ohio River region.
Interstate 57 begins its journey at the interchange with I-55 on the eastern edge of Sikeston, carving a direct path toward Illinois through the flat, agricultural landscape of Missouri’s Bootheel. This revisited segment captures the highway as it moves past the familiar junctions and rural access points that have long connected the region’s small communities with the larger corridors of the Midwest. The road is characteristically straight and steady here, offering a calm, uninterrupted drive as it parallels the long-established U.S. 60/62 corridors that historically served the area. Modern interchanges and wide shoulders keep the route efficient, while the surrounding scenery — fields, tree lines, and distant grain facilities — reflects the working rhythm of southeast Missouri.
As the highway nears the end of its Missouri run, the corridor gradually transitions toward the riverlands that define this corner of the state. Traffic thins, the horizon opens, and I-57 pushes north toward the state line at the Mississippi River bridge. This crossing marks both a geographic and visual shift, carrying travelers from the Bootheel into the southern tip of Illinois near Cairo — a gateway to the confluence of two of America’s great rivers and a key junction for north–south travel across the Midwest. Whether viewed for its transportation significance or its quietly scenic character, this stretch of I-57 offers a clean, uninterrupted look at one of the region’s most important interstate links.
