UPS Airlines MD-11F N282UP lifts off from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) on the sunny afternoon of May 17, 2017. Delivered to Swissair in 1991 as MD-11 HB-IWG, the aircraft eventually made its way to UPS Airlines as a freight conversion in 2005. It remained in service hauling cargo until it was withdrawn from service in January of 2024 and immediately ferried to Roswell. The plane was purchased in September of 2025 by IAG Aero Group for use as a spare parts source.
